In the Designer tab, there is an option to use Other Actions.
Pressing the Other Actions button will give you 4 alternatives. The first alternative Set Properties On Multiple Questions allows you to get a window where you can quickly customize some settings for all the questions.
Randomize Question Sets will allow you to randomize the order of the questions or grouping of questions.
Import Questions allows you to import questions using an Excel file.
Assign Scores to Answer Alternatives will allow you to give each alternative in a question a scoring, which can be useful when making a quiz or test.
