You find the functionality Set Properties on Multiple Questions in Designer.
This button is mainly a time-saving functionality. Instead of using the menu Question Settings inside each question, you can select several questions to each property inside Set Properties on Multiple Questions. Click Save when you have selected the wanted properties.
