Create Q&A tags in the response

Q&A in the response

• Question and answer tags (Q&A tags) can be used several places. I.e. Thank you note, Additional information, Notifications etc
• In this example: Notifications
• Click Notifications
• Click on the notification you have made

• Click Insert Q&A tags – and all the questions would be displayed

• Click on the question you want to display the answer from in the notification

• The Q&A tag will be displayed like this and transformed to the answer the respondent gave, when you receive the notification
• You can of course make more than one Q&A tag if you want.
