How can I send a thank you message to everyone who answered the quest?

The most efficient way is to create a Notification that automatically sends out an email after the quest is finished.

Go to Notifications, press Add, then choose Email.

1. Choose the alternative Every time someone responds
2. Give the notification a name. Note: It will only appear inside the Quest, not for the respondents.
3. Choose Respondent in the drop-down menu.
4. Write a notification subject (that will appear for the respondents in the email)
5. Write a notification body (that will appear for the respondents in the email)
6. Remember to double check that the drop down on the top right section says Active.

Note: You can also create follow-up activities from Follow-up, but this requires manual actions.
