How can I send a thank you message to everyone who answered the quest?
The most efficient way is to create a Notification that automatically sends out an email after the quest is finished.
Go to Notifications, press Add, then choose Email.
- Choose the alternative Every time someone responds
- Give the notification a name. Note: It will only appear inside the Quest, not for the respondents.
- Choose Respondent in the drop-down menu.
- Write a notification subject (that will appear for the respondents in the email)
- Write a notification body (that will appear for the respondents in the email)
- Remember to double check that the drop down on the top right section says Active.
Note: You can also create follow-up activities from Follow-up, but this requires manual actions.
