This release introduces the first improvements in the next phase of AI Text Analytics. In this round, the focus is on making AI Text Analytics results easier to use in exports, Livereports and Report Builder. The improvements in this release cover three main areas:
- Raw data exports can now include AI Text Analytics data. When this option is selected, the export will include additional columns for the analyzed open text answers, including topics and sentiment. This makes it easier to continue working with the results outside Questback, while keeping each response on a single row.
- We have improved how AI Text Analytics can be used in Livereports. Value and interval filters can now be applied to AI Text Analytics items, giving viewers more flexibility when narrowing down results and focusing on specific parts of the feedback.
- In Report Builder, report editors can now change the order of AI Text Analytics items. This makes it easier to control how the results are presented and to place the most relevant information where it fits best in the report.
This work will continue over the summer, with further improvements aimed at making open text answers easier to analyze, filter and use across Questback.
We have also made a number of fixes and improvements to help make Questback more stable, consistent and reliable:
- The Quest print function has been improved so that all pages and objects are included, such as introduction pages, thank you notes, GDPR pages and hidden identity pages. The printout has also been made more compact, with less unnecessary spacing between objects.
- An issue that made it impossible to duplicate Quests shared for duplication has been fixed.
- Stability improvements have been made for large Quests that could occasionally result in a 503 error.
- An issue where RespondentData was visible on imported invitations, but missing from a small number of completed responses, has been fixed.
- Matrix headers now handle opacity more consistently, continuing the improvements made in the previous release.
- An issue where the External API GetLists call returned a 404 error has been fixed.
As always, thank you for your feedback. It helps us keep improving Questback where it matters most!
