This release is a smaller update focused on reported bug fixes before the summer holiday period. The focus has been on improving reliability, consistency, and making sure key parts of the platform behave as expected in everyday use. While this is mainly a bugfix release, the fixes include improvements that matter for both the respondent experience and for users working with reports and exports.
Long answer alternatives now stay inside the answer tiles and wrap correctly. This improves how longer alternative texts are displayed in answer tiles.
The NPS question layout has been adjusted so the scale stays on one horizontal row when there is enough space. When the available width is too narrow, the NPS scale now switches to a clearer vertical layout instead. This makes the question easier to read and interact with on narrower screens.
Respondents can no longer answer multiple times through a distributed link with email input field activated when Allow Multiple Response is deactivated. This means the setting is now handled correctly for this distribution setup.
We have corrected a case where changing a respondent data field between filterable and non-filterable could affect respondents who were already answering the survey.
Downloading uploaded files from ReportDesigner or LiveReport should no longer result in an error. This applies when downloading one or more files uploaded through a fileupload question.
NPS timeline exports with filters or comparisons now handle periods without responses correctly.
Summarized exports now show the correct N= for each series in NPS score report items with filters or comparisons. Previously, the export could show the total response count across all series instead of the correct count for each individual series.
Thank you for your patience while we have worked through these issues. We are happy to get these fixes out before the summer holiday period and hope they make everyday use smoother. Wishing all Questback users a great summer!
