Design: Slider Elements


We AIM to offer a mobile-friendly feedback solution where our customers can offer their respondents a superior survey experience with interactive and touch screen enabled slider questions.

We proudly INTRODUCE our new SLIDER ELEMENTS for singleselect questions:

  • All singleselect questions (vertical, horizontal, dropdown, matrix and NPS) can easily be presented as slider questions.
  • New labeling option to name the start and the end of the slider
  • Option to define default position of the slider
  • Option to theme sliders with CSS codes.


Our customer will BENEFIT from:

  • Better feedback with interactive and mobile-friendly survey experience
  • Higher response rates
  • Full branding and customizing options, also for slider elements.

Reporting: Enhanced Cross Tabulations

We AIM to offer a feedback solution that allows our customers to easily and flexibly work with their feedback data, and to analyze them with out-of-the-box cross tabulations.

As such, we have ENHANCED our cross tabulations with the widely requested functionality to hide columns/series that are not relevant in particular reporting context.

Our customer will BENEFIT from:

  • Straight forward 1-step setup of cross tabulations, as before the release.
  • Added flexibility to hide not relevant columns/series

Reporting: New Workflow with Comparisons

We AIM to offer a feedback solution that allows our customers to flexibly and intuitively work with their feedback data, and to do analysis with comparisons directly in Questback Essentials. 

We proudly INTRODUCE our NEW AND IMPROVED WORKFLOW with comparisons, with the following elements:

  • Streamlined accordion “Series”
  • Enhanced “Label Editor”, with new option to apply changed labels to a number of questions
  • Option to stack filter, and to apply an additional filter on top of the comparison
  • Smart default labeling of series

  • Better and faster reporting, with streamlined workflow
  • Efficiency gains with enhanced label editor

Reporting: New Interval Filters

We AIM to offer a feedback solution that allows our customers to flexibly and intuitively work with their feedback data, and to be able to easily compare feedback over time.

We proudly INTRODUCE our NEW ROLLING INTERVAL FILTERS, with the following elements:

  • New interval filters, with rolling periods (i.e. last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, and last 365 days)
  • New interval filters, with the corresponding period ahead (i.e. 7 days before the last 7 days, 30 days before the last 30 days, etc.)


Our customer will BENEFIT from:

  • Better and faster reporting, with new interval filters
  • Enhanced reporting, with more options for comparison over time

Distribution: Increased Deliverability and Trustworthiness

We AIM to offer a feedback solution that offers our customers highest possibly delivery rates and maximum trust scores for their email invitations and reminders. 

We proudly INTRODUCE the following OPTIMIZATION of the sender settings for email invitations and reminders:

  • Extension of sender settings from 2 to 3 fields, with sender name (“Name”), sender address (“From”) and [new] a separate reply-to address (“Reply-to”)
  • Fix default “From” with feedback@questback.com, to ensure highest possible delivery rates and trust scores.
  • Flexible “sender name” and “reply-to” address, with support for personalized content through respondent data
  • Option for custom sender address, combined with adjusted SPF/DKIM settings (*).

  • Better response rates, with highest possible delivery rates and trust scores.
  • Enhanced sender settings to customize email invitation and reminders even more.

Design: Extended Multi Matrix Questions

We AIM to offer a feedback solution that offers our customers state-of-the-art ways of collecting feedback, with flexible matrix questions to gather feedback in a compact and structured way. And at Questback, it never ends with feedback collection; our AIM is always to combined feedback collection with online and real-time reporting and follow-up.

We proudly INTRODUCE our new and extended MULTI MATRIX QUESTIONS, with the following new options:

  • Matrix, Double Scale: a new question type that allows to offer to singleselect scales next to each other. Typically used for questions around “Satisfaction” vs. “Importance”.
  • Matrix, Text Grid: a new question type that allows to gather text based input in a very structured and compact way with a grid.
  • Matrix, Custom: a new question type that allows out customer to flexibly combine different matrix elements (singleselect, multiselect and text) and to a custom matrix question.
  • Upgraded Reporting to cater for the new matrix question types, including an X/Y-plot diagram to visualize the feedback to double scale matrixes.
