Questback Release 2024-4

We’re excited to announce the latest update to the Questback platform, known as the 2024-4 release. This release introduces several significant enhancements and visual updates to elevate your user experience.

What’s New:

New Standard Quest Theme:

When creating a quest from scratch, a new standard Quest theme is now applied by default (unless another quest theme is set as default for the account or the user).

Enhanced Smileys for Satisfaction Meter:

Experience new smileys for the satisfaction meter question type, adding more variety and expressiveness to your surveys.

Advanced Theme Settings:

Enjoy more customization options when creating themes, including:
Possibility to resize the logo.
Option to choose colors for zebra stripes in matrixes.

Improved Navigation Buttons:

Possibility to adjust size for Next and Send buttons, providing easier access and improving usability. If the new default theme is used, the button will by default have a larger size.

Major Visual Changes and Rebranding:

Some menus and functions have been renamed for a more intuitive user experience.
Underwent significant visual changes on our homepage, including a rebranded logo and updated colors. A lot more to come!

Bug Fixes and Enhancements:

Several bugs have been addressed, and various enhancements have been implemented to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience.
