To copy or duplicate a Quest, you must first locate the original Quest, from from Quests and its respective folder. Either navigate to the correct folder directly or search for the “Quest name” or “Quest ID” using the search field:
Select the desired quest and click on the Duplicate button:
This will open a dialogue box. Here you can enter a new name for the copy, a destination folder, a start- and stop date* and which Quest Theme to use.
You can also choose to include Reports and Notifications which are created in the original Quest.
When you are done, click on Create to complete the process. Duplicates will get the status Draft with all editing rights.
Remember to go through the copy and edit texts/dates etc.
