Each new Quest has one report by default, under Results. This report will include the existing questions in the Quest, when the report is created. The report creation happens the first time you access the Test Quest or open the Report. Questions created after this stage, will not be included automatically.
If there are questions missing in your report, choose Add questions from the Plus-button and select your missing questions from the list.
After the questions are added, you can move a question by using the arrow-buttons or by using drag and drop, to get the order you want.
