You may share the results of a Quest instantly with all respondents by giving them access to a LiveReport. After you have published your quest, go to Results. Create a new report or use the default report:
When you’ve selected all relevant questions to show and desired display settings, and the report is ready to be distributed open Report Settings:
From the Report Settings you may retrieve the LiveReport URL by copying the link. To allow all respondents access to the report, make sure to uncheck Require Password, and remember to change the status to Public:
Next, go to Settings and open the drop-down list General. Click on the button Redirect respondents upon when Quest completion and paste the LiveReport URL in the URL window. Now, all respondents will be sent directly to your report upon completing the quest:
Note: You may also send all respondents an email with the LiveReport URL retroactively, by first selecting all respondents from “Follow-Up” and pressing “New Case”.
