How to handle an Approval request

When a Designer user sends an Approval request for a Quest, Super users can find the request under Approval Process by clicking their name on the bottom left.

 

  • Under Approval Process the Super user can Approve/Decline(1) the request.
  • See which Designer user sent the request(2).
  • See when it was sent and which account the request is related to (3).
  • See which super user approved the request(4).
  • You may also do a preview of the Quest by clicking Preview (5).

Once the selected super user has approved the Quest, the designer user will be free to publish it.

Please Note: This feature isn’t enabled by default. Please contact us in order to enable it.
