To share a quest, you must place the quest in a shared folder. To share a folder, either create a new folder or go to the folder settings of a folder that you own.
In the Folder Settings you can choose if you want the shared users to have access to only the quests directly in the shared folder, or by selecting Apply Sharing Permissions to Sub Folders you will give them access to all the Sub Folders in the shared folder.
Lastly just select the users you want to share the quest with and hit Update.
Now simply make sure the quest is in the shared folder and the shared users will have access to it.
