How to request Quest approval

When this feature is enabled, an embedded approval process is introduced on the account in order to meet internal corporate quality requirements.
Designer users that work locally have the right to create own surveys, but will need to submit them first for internal approval before they can publish and launch them.
Super users that typically work in a central role receive the (internal) approval requests and review the draft survey.
If all their internal quality requirements are met, the super users approve the survey so that the designer user can publish it.
When adding a Quest for approval, you can select between the Super users on the account(1) and add an optional message(2).
The Approval request will be sent to the Super user and no further changes will be saved to the Quest.
