An incomplete response is when a respondent has started answering the questions by opening the invitation link, but has not yet clicked the “Send” button to submit their response. Easily include incomplete responses in your Raw data report. The exported file will include a column indicating if the response was Complete or Incomplete.
Export of Incomplete responses is an add-on feature. In order to activate this function, please reach out to support@questback.com or your contact person at Questback.
If the feature is active, the option to ‘Include Incomplete responses’ can be ticked off under Export Settings, When exporting a Raw Data Report.
