Locate Media to upload your chosen file:
When you have uploaded a file to Media, you have the choice to share the file with other users on your account. To do so, either click the padlock symbol on the file.
Or mark the file and click the Share button.
To make a shared file private, click the now open padlock symbol. Or mark the file and click Make Private
