Each user license is personal and not for use by anyone except that individual user. Please refer to your organization’s user contract for information about the number of available user licenses.
There are three different user types in Questback:
Super User (We recommend limiting the number of super users to only one per account.)
• Has access to everything in the service (except private folders not shared by other users).
• Can add new users to the account as well as deactivate current ones.
• Can request reset password links on behalf of other users.
Designer User
• Can design, own and publish quests as well as invite respondents to them.
• Can perform advanced analyses and initiate follow up activities to quests owned by the designer as well as other users’ shared quests.
Reporter User
• Can perform advanced analyses and initiate follow up activities to quests shared with the reporter.
