Once you have uploaded respondent data, you have the ability to utilize it automatically for various purposes within Questback. This includes incorporating the data when sending invitations, notifications, crafting introductions, or even creating specific questions within a quest.
An example is if you have a Respondent Data field with the respondents’ names, called “Name”. Then you can use the tag called name:
Dear [!Name!]
Then [!Name!] will be replaced by the respondents name. To find the available tags you can use, click Insert Tag. Select desired tag from the drop down-menu.
