How to use Q&A tags

Q&A tags (Question and Answer tags) serve multiple purposes and can be utilized in various sections, such as the Thank you note, Additional information, Notifications, and more. This article covers how to use Q&A tags in a notification.

  • Enter the Notifications tab. Click the Plus-button to create a new notification.

  • Inside the Notification, click Insert Q&A tags in the Email body – and all the questions would be displayed
  • Click on the question you want to display the answer from in the notification

You can create several Q&A tags.

  • The Q&A tag will be displayed like this and transformed to the answer the respondent gave, when you receive the notification.
